Our Secondary families are reminded to attend a workshop dedicated to explaining the IB Core Programme at BMS (Theory of Knowledge (ToK), Extended Essay (EE), and the Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS), to our BMS parents. BMS Student receives MUN Award

Congratulations to Victor, Grade 10 for receiving the award of Honorable Mention during the online Harvard Model United Nations conference over the summer. Victor received this distinction as part of his engagement in the Economic and Financial Affairs Council during the simulation. Hats off to Victor and the BMS Model UN Club for their dedication!

From the Desk of our Primary School Librarians

Our students in Primary School will soon have the opportunity to enjoy monthly reading recommendations from our school librarians. Each month a new genre will be celebrated with specific book recommendations for students in K-6. The month of September is “Realistic Fiction Month” and our librarians have included a list of titles they can recommend for the specific grade levels. Our parents and staff are also encouraged to participate and recommendations are featured for them as well!  Happy Reading!

Earth Day 2021: Restore our Earth

Earth Day 2021: Restore our Earth

Our Primary School students took part in an assembly led by Ms. O`Fee to celebrate Earth Day 2021 and renew our annual “Call to Action” to restore and take care of our beautiful Earth. Primary school students from Grade 1-grade 6 discussed individual actions they can take as well as actions our community at large can do to raise awareness about our climate and environment. Throughout the entire week, our students will participate in activities such as tree planting, reducing their own plastic use, and many more activities to honor this important day and global event.
